Under-Connected Populations Index (UCI)

The Under-Connected Populations Index (UCI) Map visualizes where people live within mobile broadband coverage but remain under-connected. By combining data on infrastructure, affordability, device access, and usage patterns, the map highlights digital connectivity gaps across Latin America and helps identify areas where targeted policies and investments can expand meaningful internet access.
